Rukoomani (MBA-University of Sunderland) is a highly accomplished professional with a strong background in corporate secretarial practice. As an affiliate of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS) and a member of the Society of Business Practitioners, Rukoo brings a wealth of expertise to her role.
With over 22 years of experience in the field, Rukoo has been a director at AM Corporate Services since 2002. In this capacity, she oversees the company’s overall operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients and fostering strong client relationships. Additionally, Rukoo serves as a compliance officer for our group companies, implementing best practice solutions for Anti-Money Laundering/Anti-Terrorism compliance when onboarding clients.
Beyond her role at AM Corporate Services, Rukoo also acts as a consultant at SC Mohan PAC, providing advisory services on corporate secretarial and human resource matters. Her extensive knowledge and experience in corporate secretarial practices make her an invaluable asset to the company.
Throughout her career, Rukoo has had the opportunity to work with clients from various geographic locations, including the USA, UK, Germany, France, Australia, India, Indonesia, Hong Kong, South Africa, South Korea, Japan, and Singapore, among others. This diverse experience has further enhanced her ability to provide exceptional services to clients.
Prior to joining S C Mohan, Rukoo spent four years in the secretarial department of a reputable mid-sized audit firm, Lo Hock Ling & Co, and five years in M & C Services Pte Ltd, the secretarial division of KPMG Singapore. These experiences have honed her skills and equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the industry.
Outside of her professional endeavours, Rukoo is actively involved in social and community service. She also enjoys writing blogs related to her field of work, primarily for websites. Her dedication to both her profession and making a positive impact on society showcases her well-rounded and dynamic character.
Olivia Aung, Head of Group Accounts

Myat Noe Wai, Head of Accounts
Myat Noe Wai (B Com, ACCA Advanced Diploma) is a highly accomplished professional with a robust background in business and economics. With over 7 years of expertise in accounting, tax, and audit, she brings immense value to our team. Prior to joining SC Mohan PAC, Myat excelled at a renowned firm in Myanmar, where she autonomously managed full sets of accounts and conducted audits for clients across diverse industries such as trading, manufacturing, construction, and education services.
Throughout her career, Myat has honed her skills in providing comprehensive financial reporting, management reports, and project profit and loss reports for foreign branch companies in Myanmar. She is proficient in various accounting software programs, including MYOB, Quick Book, Auto Count, SQL, and ERP (SAP).
Myat’s exceptional abilities and extensive experience have propelled her to a leadership role at AM Corporate, where she oversees accounts for a varied clientele based in Singapore and overseas. S. Chandra Mohan, Senior Consultant / Advisor
S. Chandra Mohan is a highly qualified Public Accountant with an impressive list of credentials. He holds the FCA (Singapore) designation, as well as being a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) UK, CPA Australia and Accredited Tax Advisor. Additionally, he has earned an MBA from the University of Chichester. He is also a Public Accountant registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) of Singapore.
With over 30 years of experience in the accounting profession, S. Chandra Mohan has established himself as a trusted and respected figure. He has held management positions in several mid-sized audit firms and has also worked in government organizations such as the Housing and Development Board (HDB) and the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS). Currently, he serves as the managing partner in S C Mohan PAC and Asensia Assurance.
